Almost every main genre of music was at its peak or near it's peak in the late 60's to early 70's. During those years, I have more DD-cup rated albums than spots in a top 10 list, so for those years, I'm just going until I run out of classics. Right now, I don't know whether the 60's or 70's was the best decade in music. I'll make that call after I'm done with the 60's. I guess I don't really have to call these "non-hip hop" lists anymore since there were few, if any, hip hop albums before the 80's, but I'll keep calling them non-hip hop lists just to keep it consistent. The best album of the 70's is Talking Book by Stevie Wonder.
